Hi, I am Nadine

I work with self-employed facilitators, trainers, and coaches in agile leadership and change management who are passionate about making an impact. My goal is to help them grow their business, land projects they’re excited about, and attract clients who seek them out, without the need for aggressive selling.

Many of my clients feel stuck in a cycle of busy work that doesn’t lead to real results. They want to move from exhaustion and self-doubt to having a clear plan and a steady stream of client inquiries, but they often struggle with how to make this shift. I understand these challenges, and I’ve developed a supportive, step-by-step approach that empowers them to overcome resistance to change and build momentum.

With nearly 20 of marketing experience, including six years of working closely with facilitators, trainers, and coaches, as well as being a trained coach, I bring a blend of practical business knowledge and a deep commitment to personal growth.

Previously offered as an intensive, live-guided journey, the self-paced experience now allows you to move through the content at your own speed while maintaining the same comprehensive structure and depth.

    You'll still get access to the full learning platform with all six modules, the complete workbook, and the structured approach that breaks complex business development topics into manageable steps. The course continues to help agile facilitators, trainers, consultants, and coaches strategically position themselves and attract high-quality client inquiries.

    While this self-paced format doesn't replace the personal support, direct feedback, and accountability of the original guided version, it provides an more affordable pathway to building your business foundation. The core content remains unchanged - only the delivery method has been adapted to offer more flexibility.
  • I already have some clients. Is this still for me?
    Yes. The Business Builder Framework is designed for experts who already have experience but want more consistency in client inquiries. If you’re relying on referrals, struggling to fill your pipeline, or feeling like your positioning could be sharper, this will help you create a more predictable and strategic approach.
  • How much time do I need each day?
    For the original Business Builder Framework Guided Journey, I ask for a commitment of one hour per day - what I call the Business Growth Hour. With the new self-paced course, that's completely flexible. The big advantage is that you can now progress through the content at your own pace, on your own schedule.

    Some participants might complete a module in a week, others might take two weeks. There's no pressure, no fixed daily requirement. You can dive in when it suits you, making it perfect for busy professionals who need flexibility.

    However, as Parkinson's Law still applies: Your access to the course learning platform is capped at 6 months. This ensures you stay focused and complete the program within a reasonable timeframe
  • I’ve taken business courses before, and they didn’t work. How is this different?

With the first installment, you will receive access to Modules 1 and 2. The second installment will unlock Modules 3 and 4, and the final installment will provide access to the remaining Modules 5 and 6.
